Occupancy Policy
Occupancy policy is as follows: no more than four adults per cottage or a family unit consisting of two adults and up to four of their unmarried children under 18. All others are considered guests and must pay an additional fee ($60. per night, per person) All guests must register and non-paying guests must leave by 9 PM We are pet friendly and a $100 fee will be charged per pet. We are a nonsmoking facility.

Cancellation Policy
We do not return deposits. If we have a 30 day notice of cancellation we will grant an alternate available date within a year of the reservation. 2/3 of total amount will be charged if cancellation is within 30 days of your arrival date.

Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit of $200 is required upon check in and shall be refunded provided no deductions are made due to:
1. damage to property or furnishings
2. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
3. any other cost incurred by the homeowner due to guests stay
