Canada Goose - #2

One of the original cottages at Angell Cove, The Canada Goose cottage's front porch allows guests to see the private beach (ideal for families with small children), as well as views of the lake itself, lovely sunsets, the recreation field and most of the Angell Cove complex. A black sand island that is home to a pair of Bald Eagles, sunsets to the west, and a variety of water birds are just a few of mother nature’s gift’s that you will enjoy. Highlighted by the Canada goose motif, especially set off by wall tapestries and artwork, the interior features solid pine paneling, a furniture arrangement that lends a spacious feel to the open area, with a predominantly green, burgundy and blue color scheme.

My husband and I first visited Angell Cove Cottages in the summer of 2008. Barbara Angell was a high school classmate of mine and was planning a reunion at the cottages. Well, lucky us!  We are hooked, no pun intended on the lake, the cottages, the amenities and availability of golf courses, restaurants and antiquing. The Angells go out of their way to make your stay with them is an enjoyable one. If you are lucky enough to be there in the latter part of the summer you will experience a wonderful musical event put on by the Angells, friends, families and guests. This is something you will want to experience time and again.
