Policies
Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard,
Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check,
Money Order. In season rentals are check in Friday after 3pm and check
out on Friday of departure by 9am. Rates are $1025 per week, per cottage and are based on a party of 4 adults,
or 2 adults and up to 4 of their unmarried children under 18. Please
add $60 per night for additional guests. Pet owners are responsible
for any damage incurred by pets. Season: April through October.
Cancellations
and Refunds
If
cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival, guests may reschedule
a reservation for up to 1 year following cancellation.
Deposits
A
non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of total rental is required to confirm reservation. Maine
state sales tax is 7%.
